Building Mental Fitness

Be guided through the 6 week Building Mental Fitness Program, which empowers you to create sustained change toward a more positive mindset, by laying down neural pathways to form new habits, through consistent daily practice. Whether you are work mates, mates, couples or on your own the Mental Fitness Program from Positive Intelligence to identify and decrease negative thoughts (Saboteurs), increase positive thoughts (Sage) and improve self command.

Depending on the structure of the course you take up, everyone gets the chance to meet with others on the course via Zoom on Monday night or Tuesday morning. You can run groups during the course with your work team, couples or mates or come on as an individual and join in with others, and have coaching options available.

What the 6 week PQ Program includes:

● PQ app - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version

● Focus - weekly hour-long video (weekend) and daily 15-minute app-guided exercises

● Gym - includes guided sessions to practice and log PQ reps, a foundational practice for building your mental fitness

● Community - the internal social network for the PQ Program, you can connect with those in your pod

● Modules - lessons essential for completing the program

● Pod - support and accountability group, to meet once a week to discuss the week's training

● Coaching and support options for work teams and couples

Men's Muster Fiordland 24

Being a bloke is hard, but we may have a better way to make it easier (and have lots of fun) whilst learning some great tips and tricks to improve health, in the ethos of Men's Health Week. The Men's Muster is a multi-day event to give blokes the chance to form communities to

LEARN NEW THINGS, TRY NEW THINGS, APPLY NEW THINGS

You can come on your own, or as a team of 4 (bring your mates, workmates or ask us to put you in a team). During the week you will have experiences crafted to help you grow through

  • education

  • exploration

  • engagement

  • challenge

  • fun

  • creating connections

This year we are encouraging you to Conquer Your Predators with a number of key speakers, including Greg Murphy as well as some older favourites returning, to help with that throughout the Muster as well as lots of new experts to help you grow. With a mixture of education, fun at your own pace in Te Anau and the challenge day, entertainment evening and Fiordland Feast gala dinner, the Muster will offer something for everyone.

It is a support group and not supposed to replace medical advice from your practitioner. There are many of these groups popping up around the country, huge successes have been achieved in Taupo with Dr Glen Davies, check out this wee video below -
