Ultimately though, by looking after our body we can live much better lives and prevent, start to slow and in some cases even reverse chronic disease, and I believe it is never to early to start to understand how this process works.

Health status will not change overnight (it takes 7 years for most of our cells to replace themselves - ie we get a whole new body) but it can be done.
