Building better Blokes

These courses offer journies to health geared to men. You will learn that as individuals there are many different things that can impact how well your own engine runs, easy tips and tools to help you become more healthy and engaged with what you do. There is no preaching here, you make your own path to health and vitality, all we do is help you identify where you might want to start. Following positive psychology or Te Whare Tapa Wha models of wellbeing, the group setting offers supportive communities who together often comes up with creative solutions to issues. These courses are run in Otago/ Southland or online, why don’t you get your own group together?

GROw US WELL

Quality and positive health messages delivered direct to farm, in your own environment, delivering tools to understand own health as well as the impact you can have creating health in your community. Education delivered in a coaching environment to build awareness around health, growth and community.

REVERSIN

ReversIN is a course for anyone who has any kind of health challenge, from weight or pain, stress or any chronic disease. Reducing systemic inflammation can be a key element in creating better health outcomes as it has been shown to play a role in most chronic disease. Lifestyle factors such as food, sleep, stress and movement all have their part to play. The course offers education and guidance on the lifestyle changes to be considered, assistance to help you make sustainable behaviour changes and encouragement to move towards wellness in a safe and supported manner.
